To manage, cancel, or request a refund for your Slate Pro subscription:
- iPhone/iPad: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Slate.
- App Store: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@slatefitness.app and we will process your request.
